Whole Life History

Welcome and thank you for your interest! My name is Rosalind Hilkey and I began my career over 25 years ago using homeopathy, herbology, acupoint therapy, and emotional release techniques while working as a Holistic Practitioner and Massage Therapist. I am currently employed as a licensed Board Certified Chaplain with a Master’s degree in Crisis Counseling. My employment responsibilities include grief counseling, facilitating support groups, coordinating volunteers, and assisting families whose loved ones are on hospice.

I am certified as a Grief Counselor, Mental Health Facilitator, and Child and Family Service Coordinator. I also hold active Massage Therapist and Master Esthetician licenses.

I received the honor of induction into The National Society of Leadership and Success in 2020 which, in my mind, validates my passion for Servant Leadership.

The "Why?"

I have re-entered the realm of private practice after many years of inquiry from those I work with in the community who are seeking a more specialized integrated counseling experience.

The Approach

An integrated therapeutic approach factors all domains of the human experience which includes the psychological, spiritual, and physical life. Whole Life Christian Counseling offers evidenced-based therapeutic counseling such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) as well as other professional therapies addressing physical imbalances.

Whole Life Christian Counseling seeks to integrate wisdom from the teachings of Christ that promote harmony and healthy lifestyles while incorporating cutting-edge technologies that identify and administer the most favorable therapeutic application for the individual.
