Appointment Description

A Summary assessment is a 30-minute appointment that includes an abbreviated Zyto Technology Scan, a review, and application of the indicated balancer along with a consult of recommended therapies. The core issues are identified and goals and expectations are noted. The Summary assessment is a good first appointment choice and includes a review of information gathered from intake and survey forms completed prior to the appointment.

Teleconference Option

An alternative online Summary Assessment is offered by completing the intake survey forms and scheduling a zoom session where details of goals and recommendations are discussed.
